Disclosed is a network switch capable of pre-testing a network cable. The network switch includes a photo interface which includes a first port and a second port on which different MAC addresses are allocated and which are connected to both ends of a cable which is a test target, a virtual LAN setting unit which separately sets a virtual LAN for the first port and a virtual LAN for the second port, and a packet processing unit which transmits the test packet of a video recorder through the first port and then, receives the test packet through the second port and supplies the test packet to the video recorder. |
