This polyester resin composition contains a polyester resin (A), an aromatic carbodiimide (B), and an aliphatic polycarbodiimide (C), wherein the polyester resin (A) is: a polyester resin (a-1) comprising an aliphatic polyol and an aliphatic polyvalent carboxylic acid and a dialkyl ester thereof or the acid anhydride of an aliphatic polyvalent carboxylic acid; a polyester resin (a-2) comprising an aliphatic polyol and an aromatic polyvalent carboxylic acid and an dialkyl ester thereof or the acid anhydride of an aliphatic polyvalent carboxylic acid; a polyester resin (a-3) comprising 3-hydroxyalkanoic acid; polyethylene terephthalate (a-4); or a polyester resin (a-5) comprising a copolymer of polyester resin (a-1) and (a-2).
