The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing device which is installed on the inner wall of an indoor space having the possibility of inducing noise pollution or music-related facilities needing uniform frequency properties to absorb sound which is generated indoors. More specifically, provided is a sound-absorbing device comprising: a sound-absorbing box in the shape of a box with an openable upper part; a sound-absorbing plate arranged on the opened upper part of the sound-absorbing box to absorb noise by vibration; and a sealing unit sealing the upper edge of the sound-absorbing box and the edge of the sound-absorbing plate and composed of an elastic material so that a sealed part can be elastic. Therefore, the amplitude of vibration is maximized and the efficiency of absorbing sound is improved as the sound-absorbing plate and the sealing unit are vibrated together by a resonance frequency owing to the sealing unit composed of an elastic material and not only the middle part of the sound-absorbing plate but also an edge including the sealing unit vibrates freely. |
