The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a powered sweet rice drink using spraying and drying, a powered sweet rice drink manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a powered sweet rice drink by spraying and drying after adding a film material into a liquid sweet rice drink and a powered sweet rice drink manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing a powered sweet rice drink according to the present invention has an effect on deeply flavoring of the sweet rice drink manufactured by a conventional method when mixing the powder in water and drinking. In addition, it has high availability in industrial due to increasing preference and variety of sweet rice drink by adding sweet pumpkin and ginger powder.
