The invention provides a sheet material processing device requiring a high cleanliness level, which has a cleaning shed at the cutting machine part of the sheet material to prevent the segment from flying off or flowing into the surface of the sheet material. The cleaning shed can guarantee the quality of the sheet material. The sheet material processing device has a conveying device 3 to convey the sheet material 50, and a cutting machine 10 cuts the sheet material 50 conveyed by the conveying device 3 with specific size along with the width direction. The sheet material processing device also has a cleaning shed, a dust collection part 40 and an air blowing part (30); the cleaning shed covers the specific range of the cut sheet materials in the cutting machine; the dust collection part 40 absorbs the segmentation produced during the cutting to the outside; and the air blowing part 30 blows the segmentation sheets to the dust collection part 40.
