The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent device, which comprises: a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an organic layer within the positive and negative electrodes, wherein the organic layer includes at least one light-emitting layer. Furthermore, of the light-emitting layers, at least one layer includes one or more kinds of dopant compounds and two or more kinds of host compounds. According to the present invention, the organic electroluminescent device has low driving voltage, high color purity, high luminous efficiency, and long life span.
