The present invention provides a felt layered material for a vehicle interior base material. The felt layered material comprises: a felt layer in which a polypropylene fiber having maleic acid grafted therewith and a jute fiber are mixed at a particular ratio; a homo polypropylene foam sheet formed on both surfaces of the felt layer; and a PET nonwoven fabric disposed on one outer surface of the foam sheet. The felt layer, foam sheet, and PET nonwoven fabric are coupled through needle punching. Since a natural fiber is used as a reinforcing material, environmental advantages may be obtained, and lightweight and clearness may be ensured when being used as a vehicle interior material. As a binder of a reinforcing fiber made of a jute fiber, a polypropylene fiber having maleic acid grafted therewith is used, so compatibility of the jute fiber is improved and stiffness is enhanced when a base material is produced. Penetration of moisture can be reduced, so a decrease in stiffness by moisture absorption may be decreased. Moreover, an overall felt layered material is bonded through needle punching, so a physical property distribution is uniform. Since a PET nonwoven fabric is attached on an outer surface of the felt layered material, simultaneous molding is possible without using a surface material (generally, a PET material) and a separate adhesive. Accordingly, workability and harmfulness prevention are advantageously ensured. |
