The present invention relates to construction environmentally-friendly ocher mortar using an aqueous epoxy composition, and a method for coating construction ocher mortar by using the same. More specifically, after an ocher mortar composition is obtained by mixing an epoxy resin component and a hardening agent component with ocher, and inner and outer surfaces of a building are plastered by using the same, so cross-linking is excellent due to hardening reaction between an epoxy resin and a hardening agent. Compatibility is active, so adhesion between ocher and surfaces of a building may be reinforced and separation and cracks of ocher may be prevented. Also, a composition in which cement and a volatile organic compound are not used is utilized.
