A nonvolatile memory system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a nonvolatile memory device; and a memory controller for controlling the nonvolatile memory device. The memory controller transmits first to fourth control signals to the nonvolatile memory device, transmits a command, an address, and input data through a data line, and receives output data through a data line. The nonvolatile memory device receives first to fourth control signals, and responds to the received first to third control signals so as to identify signals received through a data line in an ascending edge or a descending edge of the fourth control signal as any one of a command, an address, and input data, or transmit output data to the memory controller through a data line based on the fourth control signal. |
