The present invention relates to a small hydroelectric power plant comprising: a housing (10) installed on a water channel (60) where a fluid flows; a frame (20) inserted into and detachably installed on an interior of the housing (10); a waterwheel (30) rotatably installed on the frame (20) and rotated by the flow of a fluid passing through the housing (10); an accelerating device (40) increasing the rotation speed of the waterwheel (30) to provide an output to an output shaft (40); and a generator (50) generated by the output of the accelerating device (40) to generate power. Shapes and arrangement of blades are specialized to induce the flow of the fluid to correspond to the rotation direction of the waterwheel and allow a pressure by the flowing fluid to be effectively transferred such that a rotational force and the rotation speed of the waterwheel can be improved, thereby maximizing efficiency of the small hydroelectric power plant. |
