The present invention relates to a semiconductor compound solar cell. According to the present invention, the semiconductor compound solar cell comprises; a base layer having impurities of a first conductive type; an emitter layer having impurities of a second conductive type opposite to the first conductive type; a high conductive layer located in front of the emitter layer, and having a lower resistance than an emitter portion wherein an impurity doping concentration of the second conductive type is identical to the emitter layer; an electric field formation layer located in front of the high conductive layer, forming the electric field of a positive polarization or a negative polarization on a surface; a first electrode connected to the high conductive layer; and a second electrode connected to the base layer.
