Disclosed are a paint for a high weather resistance color steel plate having excellent corrosion resistance and a method for manufacturing a color steel plate using the same. A paint for a color steel plate according to the present invention comprises a solid and a solvent, wherein the solid comprises an inorganic paint of 5 to 40 parts by weight and an ultraviolet ray absorbent of 1 to 5 parts by weight based on a polyester resin of 100 parts by weight having average molecular weight of 20,000 or more.
