The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to verify screen synchronization information. The apparatus to verify screen synchronization information comprises: a packet receiving unit to collect a network packet status received through a control order of a set-top box; an image receiving unit to collect a TV operation screen received through the control order of the set-top box; a screen synchronizing unit to synchronize the received network packet status, and TV operation screen; a screen synchronization information processing unit to analyze a sensory quality based on the synchronized screen information; and a transmitting unit to transmit the synchronized screen information and the sensory quality analysis information to an integrated management server.
