The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic roller. The manufacturing method of a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic roller according to the present invention comprises: a step of processing a bore on both ends of a roller core material made of a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic; a step of manufacturing a roller by processing a shaft on both ends of the roller core material; a step of making a hole on the surface of the roller; a step of manufacturing the roller on which an electroless nickel plating layer is formed by performing an electroless nickel plating process on the surface of the roller; a step of manufacturing the roller on which an electroless copper plating layer is formed by performing an electroless copper plating process on the surface of the roller on which the electroless nickel plating process is performed; a step of manufacturing the roller on which an electroless chrome plating layer is formed by performing an electroless chrome plating process on the surface of the roller on which the electroless copper plating process is performed; and a step of performing a high precision smoothing process on the surface of the roller on which the electroless chrome plating layer is formed. According to the present invention, the roller which is lighter than a metal roller, and has properties of high strength, high stiffness, high thermal resistance, high hardness, and high overall dimension precision can be obtained. |
