The present invention relates to negative electrode active material slurry preparing method and negative electrode active material slurry prepared thereby. The method includes the steps of: preparing a negative electrode active material solution including a negative electrode active material, a solvent and a surfactant; and adding a binder and a conductive material to the negative electrode active material solution. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method can disperse the negative electrode active material first by using the surfactant and disperse the conductive material and binder added after dispersing the added negative electrode active material more uniformly. Also, the present invention can enhance the adhesion of an electrode and the room temperature and low-temperature output properties of a secondary battery through such uniform dispersion.
