The present invention relates to a bubble generating device having a plug structure comprising: a bubble generating part (200), a coupling part (300), and a mixing part (400) wherein the bubble generating part is inserted into a discharge port (110) of a plug (100); the coupling part having a through center and allowing a bottom end of the bubble generating part (200) to be fitted thereto; and the mixing part guides a liquid in a container (600) or air by allowing a pipe (500) inside the container (600) to be fitted to a bottom end thereof to mix the liquid with air. As such, the present invention uniformly generates and discharges bubbles, and improves a restoring force for reuse after being used. |
