The present invention provides a device for monitoring a Ringer′s solution, which comprises: a power source for applying a particular voltage; a light-emitting unit formed in one side of a chamber accommodating a Ringer′s solution and including a light-emitting diode converting an applied voltage signal into an optical signal, and a transmitter lens for preventing diffusion by focusing an optical signal transmitted from the light-emitting diode towards the chamber; a light receiving unit formed in the other side of the chamber and including a receiver lens to collect the optical signal received through the transmitter lens, and a light receiving diode for converting the optical signal collected through the receiver lens into an electric signal; a control unit for performing PPM modulation on the voltage signal applied from the power source to be modulated into an analog signal, applying the PPM-modulated analog signal to the light-emitting diode, converting the electrical signal received from the light receiving unit into a digital signal, and determining a monitoring state of a Ringer′s solution through the received digital signal; and an alarming unit for informing Ringer′s solution monitoring information by displaying the information on a display or through an alarming signal through an audio, depending on the determination of the control unit. Moreover, provided are a remote control system and a method in which the device for monitoring a Ringer′s solution is connected with a manager PC or a smart phone through a management server to perform management.
