Disclosed are a mobile device and an operating method of the mobile device. Herein, the mobile device comprises: a main processor for running a general code of a mobile application program; a co-processor for running a key code of the mobile application program; and a co-processor driver connected between the main processor and the co-processor so as to enable communications between the main processor and the co-processor wherein the general code consists of a command that can be run on the main processor whereas the key code consists of a command that can be run on the co-processor. According to the present invention, when installing a mobile application program, a key code is differentiated at levels below OS and then is installed at a separate key code storage location where a main processor and a general code are not allowed to access and thereby, it is possible to prevent a key code from being exposed and possible to increase a resistance of reverse engineering.
