The present invention may include: a body (10) to be grasped; a control bar (20) which is inserted into the body(10), and in which a plurality of bars having different diameters are inserted and connected for adjusting a length; a holder (30) in which an imaging pickup apparatus is fixed by connecting with the control bar (20); and an operating unit (40) applying pressure to a button (101) of the imaging pickup apparatus fixed in the holder (30) by transmitting a control signal through a remote controller button (11) provided in the body (10), wherein a decelerator (50) for controlling a pressure is disposed inside the operating unit (40). The decelerator (50) may include: a main body (63) having one or more guide holes (62) in which the other end of a curved arc shape is formed closer to a shaft hole (61) in a center; an axial rotating body (64) which is coupled to the shaft hole (61) of the main body (63); and one or more planetary rotating bodies (65) which are mounted on the guide holes (62) and guided up to the range formed on the guide holes (62) in the rotational direction of the axial rotating body (64) while being at least partially contacted with the axial rotating body (64) and causing a frictional rotation according to the rotation of the axial rotating body (64). In the present invention, the user may operate the imaging pickup apparatus alone according to such a structure and furthermore, the invention may improve the function and usability of an assistant device for the imaging pickup apparatus.
