A spot welding method according to the present invention is characterized by independently placing a pair of electrodes on both sides of a welding part of an object to be welded, heating the object by electrical resistance heat while pressing to weld the object, and having an inclusion added to both sides or any one side of the object to interpose the inclusion having greater thermal conductivity than the object between the electrodes and the object to be welded with the object. The spot welding method according to the present invention is used for obtaining a spot-welded product with excellent weldability even though a base material is a high strength steel plate.
