The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition carrier and, specifically, to a cosmetic composition carrier for forming embossing by heating and pressurizing one side of the foamed and manufactured carrier, preventing the cosmetic composition from being excessively eluted by enabling the embossing to be soft and a pressurized surface to be a hard coating layer, and preventing change of a liquid cosmetic material by minimizing contact with air. Regarding a cosmetic composition carrier, the carrier is constituted by forming embossing which has the same elasticity and organization as a body on one side by heating and pressurizing the body formed by being foamed, and forming a coating layer which is harder than the embossing by being heated and pressurized by a mold on a surface unit formed with the embossing. |
