The present invention relates to an elastic non-woven fabric composite in which air permeability and elastic restoring power are maximized by dipping an elastic non-woven fabric in liquid-phase ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) emulsion or liquid-phase wet polyurethane, and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, provided is an elastic non-woven fabric composite produced by dipping an elastic non-woven fabric in ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) emulsion or wet polyurethane. Moreover, according to the present invention, an elastic non-woven fabric is dipped in EVA emulsion consisting of solids of 5-15%, and the dipped elastic non-woven fabric is dried, so an elastic non-woven fabric is produced. Furthermore, according to the present invention, after an elastic non-woven fabric is dipped in wet polyurethane consisting of solids of 5-15%, the dipped elastic non-woven fabric is coagulated for a particular period of time in a coagulation tank in a particular temperature range, and the dipped and coagulated elastic non-woven fabric is dried, so an elastic non-woven fabric composite is produced.
