The present invention relates to a device to cool a rolled material which passes through a rolling mill comprising: a top surface cooling part arranged on a side guide of a rear surface of the rolling mill, and cooling a top surface of a material; a bottom surface cooling part arranged to face the top surface cooling part, and cooling a bottom surface of the material; a position change part which changes a horizontal position of the top surface cooling part, and changing an area of cooling a material; and a control part which controls the position change part. As such, the present invention provides a cooling device which is not accompanied by an additional mounting frame, and utilizes a rear side guide positioned on the rear of the rolling mill. |
