Provided are a method and a system for obtaining and analyzing information from one or more pieces of equipment included in a facility, and controlling related equipment based on the information. Provided are the following steps of: receiving an information message from one or more information providing factors of one or more equipment; assigning a sequence tag to each of the received information message; storing processed information including extracting, integrating, processing or distributing of the information from the received information messages; diagnosing the equipment based on the stored information; and transmitting a necessary control signal to the main control unit of the equipment based on the result of diagnosing. |
