The present invention relates to an assistant cooking apparatus which can adjust an input amount of food materials to be suitable for purposes, improve a shape to easily drop the food materials into an oil container, and reduce possibility of splashing frying oil toward a cook even if one cook drops a large quantity of food materials into the oil container. The assistant cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support plate supporting the food materials on an upper surface; a side plate formed to be extended in a height direction from the side surface of the support plate while having an opening part in which one side is open; a handle formed outwards from the side plate; a guide plate extended from an inner side of the side plate to be formed toward the opening part and adjusting the width of the opening part; and a guide plate fixating body formed to fixate the guide plate. |
