The present invention relates to a cutting device for a secondary battery, in which an electrode sheet (10) having a plurality of electrode active material layers (11) continuously coated in a length direction is transferred from one side to the other side, and is simultaneously slit. The cutting device comprises: a cutting unit (110) for cutting a non-battery layer (12) between electrode active material layers (11) in the electrode sheet (10); a one side support unit (120) for smoothing creases formed in a non-battery layer (12) by pressing the non-battery layer (12) which does not pass through the cutting unit (110); and a the other side support unit (130) for smoothing creases formed in a cutting surface (12a) by pressing the non-battery layer (12) having the cutting surface (12a) passing through the cutting unit (110).
