The installation unit (IC) has electronic components checking and recharging a traction battery (CE). An external exchanger (EE) is coupled to a coolant circuit (CF) and cools a coolant by exchange with an external air. A unit heater (AI) is coupled to the circuit and heats an interior air by exchange with the coolant. An access control unit (MC1) is coupled to the circuit among a thermal engine (MT), the unit heater and the exchanger and controls a circulation of the coolant in the unit heater in a direction when the engine is not operated or in another direction when the engine is operated. The access control unit is designed as a three-way type valve and a three-way type thermostat. An independent claim is also included for a hybrid vehicle.
