The present invention relates to a rice cake filled with liquid stuffing and a method for producing the same. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a hollow rice cake body; (b) fixing the rice cake body onto a rice cake molding frame, inserting a liquid stuffing injection hole through one side surface of the rice cake body, blowing air, and separating an inside of the rice cake body; (c) forming one or more exhaust holes in an opposed surface to which the liquid stuffing injection hole is inserted; and (d) completing a rice cake by separating the liquid stuffing injection hole from the rice cake body. An opening of the rice cake body formed by insertion of the liquid stuffing injecting hole 1) is naturally closed while the liquid stuffing injection hole is separated when the rice cake body is sticky, 2) is closed by feeding denatured starch or the same material as that of the rice cake body when the liquid stuffing injection hole is separated from the rice cake body, or 3) is closed by inserting a sealed hole in the opening after separating the liquid stuffing injection hole from the rice cake body. The sealed hole has the same material as that of the rice body, or 5-45 parts by weight of denatured starch which is the same material as that of the rice body to improve adhesion and viscosity with respect to 100 parts by weight of the sealed hole. The rice cake may be preferably filled with liquid stuffing which is sticky, such as sugar syrup, honey, fruit extract, or sauce. |
