The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are an information transmission method and device in voice service, the method comprising: determining whether user personal information needs to be inputted for service obtained in an automatic voice service system; if yes, then acquiring the user personal information required by the service from a pre-stored user personal information base; and transmitting to the automatic voice service system the user personal information required by the service, the automatic voice service system being used to provide service according to the user personal information. The present invention solves the problem in the relevant art of large consumption of time and resources for inputting the user personal information for automatic voice service, thus saving the time of manually inputting the user personal information by the user, avoiding possible errors during manual inputting, greatly improving the efficiency of inputting user personal information, and saving the time and resources used for obtaining the automatic voice service. |
