A device to device (DTD) related control technology of the present invention is disclosed. A DTD system based on physical act concord and an operating method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention output civil complaint information that a user requests by using an electronic stamp which has mobile communication with an equipped computer having a smart phone and a wireless USB in which issuance service application content is logged in or issue result data generated by executing a customized program for an issuance service, forward the result data to the smart phone, and display the result data on the issuance service application content. |
