The present invention provides a mobile phone which can be used without compromising ease of use and enhancing operability when the function of the mobile phone is switched to be used. The mobile phone includes: an optical sensor; a display device; a pixel circuit unit which has multiple pixels having multiple transistors installed thereon in the form of a matrix; an optical sensor control circuit which is connected to an optical sensor driving circuit for driving the optical sensor, and reads out a signal from the optical sensor; a display unit control circuit which is connected to the display device driving circuit for driving the display device to output an image signal to be displayed on the display unit; a slope detection unit which outputs a signal according to the slope of the mobile phone; and a calculation circuit which converts the image signal output to the display unit control circuit by using a signal from the slope detection unit to perform a display operation on the pixel circuit unit. |
