PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube-shaped thermoelectric generation device having a higher power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A tube-shaped thermoelectric generation device 100 has p-type thermoelectric members 31, n-type thermoelectric members 32, outer electrodes 35 and inner electrodes 34. The p-type thermoelectric members and the n-type thermoelectric members are alternately arranged. Each outer electrode is connected to the outer peripheral surfaces of the adjacent p-type and n-type thermoelectric members. Each inner electrode is connected to the inner peripheral surfaces of the adjacent p-type and n-type thermoelectric members. Each outer electrode has an inner flange extending in a direction from the outer peripheral surface of the p-type thermoelectric member to the inner peripheral surface thereof. Each inner flange is sandwiched between the adjacent p-type and n-type thermoelectric members. Each inner flange is formed of a conductor material, and first insulating film 331 is sandwiched between the inner flange and the p-type thermoelectric member. Second insulating film 332 is sandwiched between the inner flange and the n-type thermoelectric member. The same is satisfied for each inner electrode. |
