PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film that less likely causes disconnection of a metal thin wire by substantially preventing a filling defect of an ink in a groove of the film surface when a net-like metal thin wire is formed on the film surface by nano-imprinting, and a touch panel module using the conductive film.SOLUTION: A groove formed on a surface of a film member satisfies the relationship represented by W>W, 0<&thetas;≤53.74×(d/W)+50, 0<&thetas;≤64, 0.2≤W≤4, and 0.1≤d≤5 with respect to a cross-sectional shape of the groove, where Wrepresents a width of an opening, Wrepresents a width in a bottom, d represents a depth, and &thetas; represents an angle of an inner wall lateral surface of the groove relative to the direction orthogonal to the surface of the film member. |
