PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform access processing to a memory region of a communication terminal having a different system configuration without increasing the load of a service providing server.SOLUTION: A communication terminal obtains terminal configuration information required for access to a secure memory of a terminal, according to a program that is started (called) according to application start information provided by a service providing server or management server; and in addition, transmits the obtained configuration information to the management server. The management server generates a memory access command or service data according to system configuration information of the communication terminal, and transmits it to the communication terminal. The communication terminal executes processing for the command or service data received from the management server, performs access to a memory area, and executes data recording or reading processing. |
