PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an echo suppression performance by preventing erroneous learning of an echo path property due to a spectral microstructure of frequencies of a far-end signal and a near-end input signal.SOLUTION: An echo suppression device includes spectrum envelope extraction means for amplitude spectra of the far-end signal and the near-end input signal. For an extracted spectrum envelope of the far-end signal, the presence/absence of a frequency component is determined for each frequency bin. On the basis of a frequency component of a frequency bin for the spectrum envelope of the amplitude spectrum of the far-end signal for which the presence of the frequency component in a frame of a single talk is determined, and a frequency component of a corresponding frequency bin for the spectrum envelope of the amplitude spectrum of the near-end input signal, the echo path property of the frequency bin is estimated. |
