PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation sheet having a high thermal conductivity in a vertical direction of a sheet.SOLUTION: The heat dissipation sheet includes two kinds of boron nitride particles of boron nitride secondary particles having a card-house structure in which plate particles are arbitrary laminated without being oriented; and plate boron nitride particles, in which the length of the plate boron nitride particles in a longitudinal direction is 3 μm or more; the strength ratio of a 100-axis and 004-axis I(100)/I(004) in XRD measurement is smaller than 3.0; and the content ratio of the boron nitride secondary particles and the plate boron nitride particles represented by boron nitride secondary particle/(boron nitride secondary particle + plate boron nitride particle) is 0.1-0.98.
