PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembly of a fixing device by preventing the deformation of a reflection member and a support member.SOLUTION: The fixing device includes a fixing belt which is provided to be rotatable around a rotation axis, a pressure member which comes into press-contact with the fixing belt, to form a fixing nip and is provided to be rotatable, a heat source 24 which is arranged inside in the radial direction of the fixing belt and radiates radiation heat, a reflection member 25 which reflects the radiation heat radiated from the heat source 24 toward the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt, a support member 26 which supports the reflection member 25 from the side of the fixing nip, and a pressing member 28 which includes a contact part 93 coming into contact with the reflection member 25 from the side opposite to the fixing nip and a holding part 95 holding the heat source 24. |
