PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coordinate measuring apparatus whose measurement efficiency is improved.SOLUTION: The holding part 110 of a measuring head 100 includes an installation part 111 and an arm part 112. The installation part 111 has a horizontal flat plate shape and is installed in an installation surface. The arm part 112 is provided so as to extend upward from one end of the installation part 111. A placing table 120 is provided at the other end of the installation part 111. A measuring object S is placed on the placing table 120. A main imaging part 130 is provided in the upper part of the arm part 112. The main imaging part 130 is arranged so as to face obliquely downward, so that the main imaging part 130 can image a previously set imaging area above the placing table 120.
