PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plumbing component high in antifouling durability and anti-slidability.SOLUTION: There is provided a plumbing component characterized in that: an amorphous carbon layer is formed on the surface of the plumbing component; and the quantity of hydrocarbons contained in a region at the depth of 3 nm from the surface of the amorphous carbon layer is 3 atm% to 38 atm%. As a result, it is possible to attain a plumbing member high in antifouling durability and anti-slidability. |
