The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling radio link monitoring operation. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling radio link monitoring operation with respect to a cell, which supports on/off functions when dual connectivity is configured in a terminal. Particularly, the method of the terminal for controlling radio link monitoring operation includes the steps of: receiving additional configuration information for the cell supporting the on-off functions; receiving cell state information including on-state or off-sate information for the cell; and controlling the radio link monitoring operation for the cell based on the cell state information. |
