An organic light emitting diode display according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a display layer which includes a pixel region and a non-pixel region by being located on the substrate; an upper thin layer which is located on the display layer by including at least two conductive layers and a dielectric layer therebetween, wherein a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer located below the first conductive layer of the two conductive layers are patterned with a touch electrode; a light absorbing member which is located to overlap the non-pixel region by not overlapping the pixel region. The upper thin layer has a function as an anti-reflective film and a touch electrode layer, and the light absorbing member reduces a light leakage phenomenon due to the patterned conductive layer.
