PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of transmitting a current location of the own mobile terminal to another communication device even in a situation in which a power source of the own mobile terminal is turned off by a kidnapper having kidnapped an owner.SOLUTION: If a power source button is depressed (S11: YES), a mobile terminal checks whether it is in an emergency mode, and if it is in the emergency mode (S12: YES), the mobile terminal makes a GPS processing unit obtain position information (S13), and generates and transmits an email including the position information and destined to a preset mail address (S14). The mobile terminal performs power-off processing (S15), starts clocking after execution of the power-off processing (S16), after elapse of predetermined time (S17), the mobile terminal performs power-on processing to a part of the mobile terminal (S18). |
