PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate for a liquid discharge head capable of improving print accuracy, a liquid discharge head using the same, and a recording device.SOLUTION: A nozzle plate 31 for a liquid discharge head has a plurality of through-holes functioning as a nozzle 8. The through-hole is provided with a reversed tapered portion 8b increasing a cross sectional area toward an external opening 8d, at least on the external opening 8d side where liquid is discharged. When viewed from the external opening 8d side, among the plurality of through-holes 8, a ratio of the through-holes 8 in which difference in the width of a part opposite to the reversed tapered portion 8b is more than 1.5 μm is less than 10%. |
