PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information code, an information code reading device, and an information code reading system capable of improving the secrecy of secret data by applying restriction related to the reading of an information code.SOLUTION: An information code C includes: a non-disclosed area in which secret data are recorded; and an area in which at least either position restriction information for restricting the position of a place where processing corresponding to the secret data is executable or time restriction information for restricting time when the processing corresponding to the secret data is executable is recorded as restriction information.
