PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of aluminum clad material capable of improving clad ratio distribution in the aluminum clad material to improve product yield and largely alleviating restriction in material quality of laminated material to be clad and clad ratio.SOLUTION: Aluminum clad material is produced in the following manner. A point thick member has a structure that: Al wire materials as longitudinal lines and lateral lines are used; they are arranged in a crossing manner to form grid shape; point thick parts provided at the crossing part of the longitudinal lines and lateral lines has a thickness of 0.2 to 3.2 mm; the point thick parts are arranged in two longitudinal/lateral directions with a gap of 0.2 to 13 mm. A laminated product is constructed by laminating the point thick members in a manner where the point thick members are arranged at interposed contacting interface of Al core material and Al covering material. Hot rolling of the laminated product is carried under a state where the Al core material, peripheral parts of the point thick member and the Al covering material are partially fixed or not fixed, the contacting interface is communicated with the air. |
