PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric water heater capable of preventing damage of a heating portion.SOLUTION: An electric water heater 10 heating water supplied from a water supply, and discharging the same, includes flow channels 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108 in which water flows, a first heating portion for heating the water in the flow channels, and a water discharge portion 110 for supplying the water heated by the first heating portion to the external. A second heating portion for preheating the water in the flow channels, is disposed at an upstream side with respect to the first heating portion in the flow channels. |
