PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film from which a substrate film can be peeled satisfactorily after an insulation film is laminated together with the substrate film.SOLUTION: A laminate film according to the present invention comprises: an insulation film; and a first substrate film laminated on a first surface of the insulation film, and comprises or does not comprise a second substrate film laminated on a second surface which is on the opposite side of the first surface of the insulation film. The insulation film contains thermosetting resin, hardener, filler and solvent, and the abundance ratio of the solvent in a region to the depth of 3 μm on the second surface side of the insulation film is larger than the abundance ratio of the solvent in a region to the depth of 3 μm on the first surface side of the insulation film. |
