PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard capsule formulation which can deliver an active ingredient having low acid resistance as a viable cell powder to intestine, requires no complicated manufacturing facility or process, and can be produced at low cost.SOLUTION: A hard capsule formulation in which acid resistance of an active ingredient is improved is obtained by filling up a hard capsule with an active ingredient having low acid resistance, and hydroxypropylcellulose and calcium carbonate. As a hard capsule, a hard capsule with acid resistance is preferred to be used, and it is preferred to be filled up with a lactalbumin digest or hydrogenate oil and fat. An active ingredient having low acid resistance is preferred to be Lactobacillus bifidus viable cell powders or Lactic acid bacteria viable cell powders, particularly Lactobacillus bifidus viable cell powders. |
