A loader connecting device and a front loader for a tractor comprising the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a loader connecting device, as a connecting device for connecting a loader detachably and additionally installed on the front of the tractor, comprises: a hook unit elastically installed on the elastic shaft separated from a fixing shaft to be bounced from a position coupled with the fixing shaft to a position released from the fixing shaft, and forming a protrusion on a main surface of one side around an elastic shaft; and a stopper unit arranged on an adjacent side portion of the hook unit for controlling the bounced movement of the hook unit elastically installed on the elastic shaft. |
