The present invention relates to a reaction device and a method for the same. A particular quantity of a supercritical fluid is filled in a sealed body unit, and an electrode unit is formed in the body unit. The electrode unit includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode for loading a hardening standby material or treatment standby material, to be respectively and electrically connected to a positive pole and a negative pole of an electricity supply unit, so electrification is ensured. Accordingly, the supercritical fluid dissolves impurity on a surface of the treatment standby material, and combines the positive electrode and the negative electrode to ensure electrification. Then, the positive electrode, as a sacrificing positive pole, performs an impurity atomic peeling action for the hardening standby material or treatment standby material. The positive electrode and negative electrode enable the hardening standby material to have reduced hardening and reacting time at low temperature and increased uniformity, or enable the treatment standby material to be optimized at low temperature, have solidified uniformity, and be performed under purification, chemical reaction, or chemical deposition reaction at low temperature. |
